This might quite possibly be one of the best takedowns of an attorney and their client that I’ve ever seen. Well done.

Well done!! These Ivy's sure ain't what they used to be. If one of my kids had a full ride to these I would say pound salt. Would be an interesting book into where, when, how, who, why the quality went down. So sad our institutions are suffering from lack of quality, moral rot and corruption. I sure as hell hope the engineering schools have some standards..

Oh, goddamnit man, you can not have a "bonus' like that just stuffed at the end of an article. Some of us read this shit during Zoom meetings, and people notice when I suddenly suppress a cackle. It's luckily allergy season down here so I can cover it up, but still. Thank the gods I wasn't drinking coffee at the time...

Seriously though, good on you for fighting the good fight. Getting middle school quality C&D letters is a sign you are doing things right. It is very telling they didn't have their university legal departments send the letter. They probably would have gotten laughed at.

This all whet my appetite so much I should demand you send me some Clark's Crunchie Bars from Canada to help me make it through the rest of the day.

I swear I never imagined stats could be so much fun.

This is the most aggressive thing I've read in a long time, and I've got to admit, it gives me a perverse sense of satisfaction. These people deserve to have their corruption exposed, but it has the same feel as cancellation. Is this what cancellation looks like if it is righteous? Is there anyone within mainstream academia in the field of political science producing anything of quality? A big problem with these types of professionals is they are all heavily incentivized to wink at the same time, as I don't think most of them would be able to survive this level of scrutiny. That said, I think most also stop short of outright fabrication of data. Thanks for the thought provoking read!

When a 'lawyer' writes a threatening letter . . . . shouldn't it reference AT LEAST ONE applicable law by code, section, paragraph, subparagraph and so on? And not one "notwithstanding" or "heretofore" to boot. What an amateur.
