Fleeing the Trudeau Regime
An open plea for asylum to any country willing to take me
It may (or may not) surprise you to learn that I am unvaccinated. Long-time readers of Karlstack would not be aware of this fact because I have never written anything about Covid or vaccines before — vaccination status is a private medical decision, and I try to not be vocal, preachy or smug about it. I also find this topic (Covid) very boring and overdone. I just want to move on with life.
The apparatchiks who sit in the Canadian parliament, however, refuse to let me move on with my life; they are dragging this out beyond any semblance of rationality, hence why I am writing this article. The libs have pushed me to my absolute breaking point.
'You may not be interested in war, but war is interested in you.'
— Leon Trotsky
They still won’t let me board planes. They won’t let me board trains. They won’t let me cross borders. I am trapped here indefinitely in an open-air prison; I may as well be living in Eritrea.
It doesn’t look like I will be allowed to leave Canada any time in the future. As per a GoC website, this travel ban will be funded for at least 2 more years:
The travel ban is being challenged in court, but this challenge won’t even be heard for 4+ more months… and even then, it will likely be upheld.
According to the latest data from the Government of Canada, roughly 5.8 million Canadians are trapped in this open-air prison with me. Not only can these 5.8 million citizens not leave the country, but they don’t have a voice... the mainstream media does nothing but sneer at them. Canada has the most concentrated media industry in the developed world.
You should therefore support independent Canadian media by signing up for free to my Substack:

As per the United Nations:
Everyone has the right to leave any country, including his own.
— Article 13 of the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights
At least the initial justification for suspending Article 13 in Canada had some kernel of plausibility and legitimacy — there was still a naïve sense of urgency and unknown risk surrounding the pandemic 2 years ago. Human rights can be suspended during emergencies. Okay. Fine. I get it.
But we are no longer in an emergency, we have returned to real life. Case in point: see Fauci two days ago confirming that were no longer in a “pandemic phase:”
Most American/international readers wouldn’t be aware of this, but here in Canada we have our own version of Anthony Fauci — her name is Theresa Tam, and she is Canada’s slightly uglier face of “science.” She spoke as recently as 6 days ago on whether unvaccinated people will ever be allowed on planes or trains. She equivocated.
Tam has said in the past that making 3 doses of the COVID-19 vaccine a travel requirement rather than 2 doses "needs to be examined" — so, if anything, I expect restrictions to be ramped up rather than loosened.
Omar Alghabra, the Minister of Transportation, has also been a strong proponent of the travel ban. He looks like he has a man’s head on a child’s body,
Alghabra was born in Saudi Arabia while Theresa Tam was born in Hong Kong, and they are now collectively in charge of Canadian government policy. Canada is now run by 3rd world elites, and sadly it seems they have taken their flair for CCP authoritarianism and Saudi monarchy bootlicking with them to the West. As an unvaccinated political dissident, in their eyes I may as well be just another Uyghur woman that needs to be sterilized or just another Houthi child that needs to be starved to death.
Canada is barely even a country at this stage… it is more like an outpost for United Nations / globalists / WHO / WEF “technocrats” to plan their new world order.
There is no core identity, no mainstream in Canada, and we are the world’s first post-national state.
— Justin Trudeau
Why are these “technocrats” trampling my human rights, again? In the name of “public health”? Please. Banning citizens from boarding planes, trains or boats is scientifically illiterate — the vaccines doesn’t prevent transmission! Zain Chagla, an infectious diseases physician and an associate professor at McMaster University, argued this point 2 days ago in an Op-Ed titled The logic behind vaccine mandates for travellers no longer holds.
The justification behind vaccine mandates is that they help prevent transmission. But this does not seem to be the case any longer, with the Omicron variant. We know that vaccine efficacy in this regard wanes significantly: Data from the UK Health Security Agency shows the effectiveness of two or three doses of vaccine against spreading the Omicron-variant infection over time approaches zero.
This is why we should reconsider our mandate requiring full vaccination for Canadians boarding a commercial plane or train for travel to domestic and international destinations.
— Dr. Zain Chagla in the Globe and Mail
This travel ban is political, not scientific. It is nothing more than a political stick for Justin Trudeau to hit his political enemies with. This is all about punishment and control.
“Thought crimes” are coming to Canada next, argues Josh Dehaas.
In this Substack article he argues that “Several pieces of imminent legislation are further examples of this government's tendency toward overreach,” and walks through a new law which would empower judges who are presented with “reasonable grounds” that a person might commit “an offence motivated by bias, prejudice or hate” in the future to threaten the would-be hater with up to 12 months in prison.
If further legislation is imminent, I therefore must assume that my human rights are imminently under threat, and act accordingly. I need to get out while I still can.
Legal Considerations For My Asylum Claim
I have been trying to brush up on my amateur knowledge of immigration law for this article, and my conclusion is that “international law,” as such, doesn’t really exist. “International law” really just means countries can do whatever they want. In a post-Covid world this is especially true, because everything is so new and evolving; immigration laws are total fugazi.
Case in point, take Boris Johnson’s conservative UK government who have recently implemented a scheme which will see refugees forcibly removed to detention and ‘processing’ camps in Rwanda. This is, of course, a not-so-subtle way for the Conservative government to tell potential refugees, “Fuck off or we will send you to Africa.”
Of course, these new rules in the UK do not apply to white Ukrainian refugees, who are miraculously exempt from being “processed” in Africa. It seems all refugees are not created equal. It seems there are no rules.

As luck would have it, Dominic Cummings, the former chief adviser to Prime Minister Boris Johnson, is on Substack. I would be keen to read an article by him on the government’s new “ship all refugees to Rwanda” policy.
I am now attempting to find a dance partner nation willing to work with me to set some groundbreaking law together. My legal justification for asylum is Article 13 of the United Nation’s Universal Declaration of Human Rights.
The main reason why you, a host country, should accept me, a refugee, is simply because it is the right thing to do. Freedom is important to fight for! If all I can contribute in this fight for freedom is to give a figurative middle finger to the WHO/WEF global elite who spent the past two years with their boots on my neck, then I will attempt to do so. Picture the headlines. There is no reason we can’t make these headlines a reality.
“Canadian Man Fleeing Oppressive Trudeau Regime Takes Refuge in Rwanda ”
”Sweden Grants Legal Asylum To Canadian Refugee”
“Canadian Refusenik Claims Legal Refugee Status In Ecuador”
“El Salvador Welcomes Canadian Refuge”
The reason I use Sweden as an example is that they have been at the vanguard of “herd immunity” theory, and they are obsessed with refugees, so I naturally think they might be a good fit.
The reason I mention Ecuador is because they harbored Julian Assange that one time — I am not trying to compare myself to Assange — I am just pointing out that they have shown a willingness to entertaining heterodox asylum claims.
The reason I mention Rwanda is to underscore the fact that I am so desperate to leave Canada that I will literally go to Rwanda, or anywhere else, if they will take me. Isn’t that the very essence of a refugee? That you are willing to go to any safe harbor that will take you? Compare my asylum claim to the millions of military aged men who “sought asylum” in Germany and France over the past decade… but had to walk through & bypass Greece, Hungary, Romania, Slovakia etc. to do so? Those are economic migrants who want handouts; I am a refugee. Or at least, I aspire to be.
I can’t stress enough that this is not a joke. The first thing I am going to do upon clicking “publish” on this article is to email it to every ambassador, consulate, embassy and human rights organization that I can find. Let’s make this a reality. If you know anyone who might be able to help with my asylum claim, please email me: email@example.com or leave a comment.
